We utilize fully-owned servers, networking equipment & storage systems designed & built in-house and located in a state of the art, Tier III Data Center, in the Research Triangle Park, Raleigh-Durham, NC. We fully own our equipment, so there's no waiting on an "upstream" provider to fix any network or server issues that may arise. Since we build from the ground up, we know our systems inside & out, which means faster recovery & less downtime.
We deploy SuperMicro servers with both hardware and software disk arrays in RAID 10 for the ideal mix of performance, stability and safety. The majority of our infrastructure is virtualized using the industry leading KVM Virtualization technologies. All production hosting servers utilize genuine server grade hardware from industry leading vendors such as SuperMicro, Intel, HP, LSI Technologies & Western Digital.
We also house daily, Idera R1Soft backups for all shared, reseller & managed VPS customers in multiple locations. These backups serve as both a file level recovery point that our customers have access to as well as for DR (disaster recovery) purposes.
Our infrastructure is designed & built in-house by the VeeroTech team. We have designed our server & storage infrastructure using only the highest quality, enterprise grade solutions known to the industry. Our entire infrastructure is fully virtualized, which means we can achieve a much faster RTO (recovery time objective). By virtualizing, we can almost completely remove the hardware dependency layer from our servers.
Our network & servers are built with redundancy in mind - redundant network connections, switches, provider uplinks & large, 12 & 16 disk SSD storage arrays that deliver over 900,000 IOPS.
To provide high performance web hosting solutions, in addition to using enterprise grade network & server hardware, we also employ a variety of commercially supported software solutions as the next tier up from the physcial hardware. As a standard, all shared & reseller web hosting plans feature similar software configurations across the board, no matter the location.

The hosting is super fast, so far hasn't had any downtime, and the support is awesome! If you open a ticket in their system, it is usually responded to in under 5 minutes. If it is something that they can fix really quickly, they will make the necessary changes and send you exactly what they did so you avoid the problem in the future....
